ACTION:
Read Chapter 1 of DA Pamphlet 750-8.
Read Chapter 3 of DA Pamphlet 750-8 only about the forms listed below.
DA Pamphlet 750-8 is located in the TAMMS Section on the Internet.
Be prepared to discuss them in class on Day 2.
Ensure that you go to the example of each form and read the requirements to properly execute them at the organizational level (NOT THE OPERATOR LEVEL).
Read how to complete:
DA Form 2404 for a Quarterly,
DA Form 2407 Request Support Maintenance,
DA Form 2408-14 Un-corrected fault record,
DD Form 314 scheduled maintenance for reportable Items and for non-reportable items.
Do not execute the forms as an operator. You are a repair person at the Unit Organizational Level.
Answer the questions on the homework answer sheet and have it ready for grading on the morning of Day 2.
CONDITION::
In a well lighted class room and given TAMMS forms, complete the forms with accuracy and readability.
STANDARD:
A 20 question Quiz will be administered. Complete the quiz with a Passing score of 70% and Certifying is 80%. All questions are weighted equally for 5 points each. Homework grade = Passing is 70%+ and Certifying is 80%+. TAMMS grade will be an average of the Homework and the Quiz.
